By accessing or using the OtFit AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
OtFit AI provides AI-powered virtual clothing try-on and styling recommendation services. The App allows you to:
To use certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password, or signing in through Google or Apple. You are responsible for:
Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
All payments are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Refund requests must be made through the respective platform. We do not offer direct refunds for subscriptions.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged through your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

All uploaded images are automatically scanned by AI to detect inappropriate content. Images flagged as inappropriate will be rejected.
Users can report inappropriate content. If a story receives 3 or more reports, it will be automatically hidden and reviewed by our moderation team.
We use a 3-strike system for content violations:
Severe violations (illegal content, harassment, hate speech) may result in immediate permanent ban without prior warning.
You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely for providing the Service.
AI-generated virtual try-on images are created for your personal use. You may download and share these images, but commercial use without permission is prohibited.
All intellectual property rights in the App (design, code, logos, trademarks) belong to OtFit AI and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
If you subscribe to Plus or Pro and upload a face photo:

These services have their own Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Virtual try-on images are AI-generated approximations. Colors, fit, and appearance may differ from actual products. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated images.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OtFit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You may delete your account at any time through App Settings > Account > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, or through the courts of Seoul.

OtFit AI는 AI 기반 가상 의류 피팅 및 스타일 추천 서비스를 제공합니다. 앱을 통해 다음을 할 수 있습니다:
특정 기능을 사용하려면 유효한 이메일 주소와 비밀번호를 제공하거나 Google 또는 Apple을 통해 로그인하여 계정을 생성해야 합니다. 귀하는 다음에 대한 책임이 있습니다:
구독은 월별로 청구되며 현재 청구 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 취소하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다. App Store 또는 Google Play Store 계정 설정에서 구독을 관리하거나 취소할 수 있습니다.
모든 결제는 App Store(iOS) 또는 Google Play Store(Android)를 통해 처리됩니다. 환불 요청은 해당 플랫폼을 통해 이루어져야 합니다. 구독에 대한 직접 환불은 제공하지 않습니다.
현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 자동 갱신을 끄지 않으면 구독이 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 구매 확인 시 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정을 통해 요금이 청구됩니다.
다음 행위를 하지 않는 데 동의합니다:
업로드된 모든 이미지는 부적절한 콘텐츠를 감지하기 위해 AI로 자동 스캔됩니다. 부적절하다고 판단되는 이미지는 거부됩니다.
사용자는 부적절한 콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있습니다. 스토리가 3회 이상 신고되면 자동으로 숨겨지고 운영팀이 검토합니다.
콘텐츠 위반에 대해 3-strike 시스템을 사용합니다:
심각한 위반(불법 콘텐츠, 괴롭힘, 혐오 발언)은 사전 경고 없이 즉시 영구 차단될 수 있습니다.
업로드한 이미지에 대한 소유권은 귀하에게 있습니다. 콘텐츠를 업로드함으로써 서비스 제공만을 위해 콘텐츠를 처리, 저장 및 표시할 수 있는 라이선스를 우리에게 부여합니다.
AI로 생성된 가상 피팅 이미지는 개인 용도로 만들어집니다. 이러한 이미지를 다운로드하고 공유할 수 있지만 허가 없이 상업적으로 사용하는 것은 금지됩니다.
앱의 모든 지적 재산권(디자인, 코드, 로고, 상표)은 OtFit AI에 속하며 저작권 및 상표법으로 보호됩니다.
Plus 또는 Pro를 구독하고 얼굴 사진을 업로드하는 경우:

이러한 서비스에는 자체 이용 약관 및 개인정보 처리방침이 있습니다. 제3자 서비스에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
앱은 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 중단되지 않거나 오류가 없는 서비스를 보장하지 않습니다.
가상 피팅 이미지는 AI 생성 근사치입니다. 색상, 핏, 외관은 실제 제품과 다를 수 있습니다. AI 생성 이미지의 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.
법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, OtFit AI는 이익, 데이터 또는 비즈니스 기회 손실을 포함한 간접적, 우발적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
앱 설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제를 통해 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 모든 데이터는 30일 이내에 영구적으로 삭제됩니다.
본 약관을 위반하거나 금지된 활동에 참여하는 계정을 정지하거나 해지할 권리를 보유합니다.
수시로 본 약관을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항이 있는 경우 변경 사항이 발효되기 최소 30일 전에 이메일 또는 앱 내 알림을 통해 알려드립니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 사용하면 업데이트된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률의 적용을 받습니다. 모든 분쟁은 서울에서 중재를 통해 해결되거나 서울 법원을 통해 해결됩니다.
